Hi: Checked the list above. I think it's time for OpenDAL to graduate as a TLP. I am delighted to see the progress that the project has made in terms of community engagement, code quality, and overall development. The dedication and hard work put in by the project contributors have been commendable. Consequently, I fully endorse the graduation of the Apache Incubator project and its transition to become a top-level Apache project. And sorry for the time I am not been active anymore due to some other things, but I think I will be back soon. It's very honored to join the OpenDAL community.
