I have removed some very old releases of opendal but can still hit this limit.
There are following things for us to take into consideration: - Use "abi3" to reduce the build matrix. - Remove some not supported python versions. - Disable some not widely used services (like rocksdb?). - Split opendal pythnon into different packages.
