### Breaking changes and migration

No breaking changes declared in this release range.

### Release manager: next actions

1. Check required build results and language staging, including the closed
Nexus repository. Dispatch acceptance alone is not build success.
2. Independently download, verify signatures and checksums, inspect licenses,
and build the source candidate. Review the announcement draft below.
3. Start the vote on the verified revision. After the voting period, inspect
the tally and resolve according to the result.

### CLI for release managers and agents

Read-only checks:

```bash
atr check status opendal 0.59.2-rc.2 00001
atr vote tabulate opendal 0.59.2-rc.2
```

After verification, start the vote (do not repeat this if voting is already
open):

```bash
atr vote start opendal 0.59.2-rc.2 00001 -m [email protected]
--auto-publish
```

After reviewing the vote result, resolve with `passed`, `failed`, or
`cancelled`:

```bash
atr vote resolve opendal 0.59.2-rc.2 passed
```

These commands change the release state; agents need the RM's authorization for
voting actions. `--auto-publish` lets ATR publish the approved source archives
after a passing vote. The hourly GitHub workflow then creates the final branch
and tag, publishes packages, and finishes announcements and cleanup.

prompt. Do not paste credentials into this Discussion. Browser controls on ATR
are also available.
