Auto-creating resources

I suppose we can relax this message for resources that we are fairly  
confident we can auto-create.

Auto-creating a resource with id 'Default ORB' of type  
'org.omg.CORBA.ORB for 'myFooBean'.  THERE IS LITTLE CHANCE THIS WILL  
WORK!

Maybe ORB is the only one.  Any other data types that are pretty easy  
to create reliably without them having to be explicitly specified in  
the openejb.xml?
