JSF 1.2 injection support update

Here is an update on our JSF support:-

1. Tested with MyFaces-1.2.3 and it works
2. Now we can add jsf jars to WEB-INF/lib instead of <<TOMCAT>>/lib, this
allows us to use MyFaces in one web app and Mojarra (JSF - RI) in another
