Re-created the center and left box images in Gimp:

Used 3d Box Shot Maker to create the actual 3D image but unfortunately
this tool seems to not support anti aliasing. So if anybody knows a
better tool which could be used just let me know.

This was a long time ago, but there was a day when OpenEJB

listed
on the WebObjects box. It was kind of cool to be able to
walk
into
an Apple store and pick up the WebObjects box and see our
project
right there.
