As far as I can see, properties are not well set in the
org.apache.openejb.server.webservices.saaj.SaajUniverse
Indeed, the static definition is wrong for the property
javax.xml.soap.MetaFactory
The value should be
org.apache.openejb.server.webservices.saaj.SaajMetaFactoryImpl
So, please find attached a patch.
