Hi David, Actually, the openejb-activemq4 module is new but ActiveMQ 4 has been supported for a while. We decided to upgrade to ActiveMQ 5 in the core module. But for compatibility reasons, we just moved the old ActiveMQ 4 code to the openejb-activemq4 maven module.
Anyway, we did not upgrade ActiveMQ to the latest available release and i don't remember of any valuable reason ;-) We can definitely upgrade to activemq 4.1.2 cause AFAIK there is no API changes. We just need to run all tests again ;-) Jean-Louis David Jencks wrote: > > Why does the activemq 4 module use 4.1.1 rather than 4.1.2?
