Hello all,

I've been using OpenEJB since about January and finally have gotten around
to checking out the code and learning more about it. I added a feature
request (and provided the implementation) for the ability to add aliases for
OpenEJB Resources to JNDI:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENEJB-1260 . This is my first
submission so I apologize if I incorrectly categorized it in JIRA.

I'm currently using this aliasing feature locally for our development here
and it makes integration with JBoss Cache within OpenEJB a lot easier. JBoss
Cache is beneficial because it is a transaction cache which also supports
clustering and replication. We use OpenEJB here to rapidly develop (since it
takes a fraction of the time JBoss does, which is around 8 minutes for JBoss
to start our app). We rely upon JBoss Cache for some of our distributed
config, as well as some replicated caches for our product.

Review and feedback would be appreciated!

Thanks,
