Created a sandbox for playing with JCDI. Checked in Gurkan's Tomcat integration patch there.
Made a sandbox so we'd have a little more freedom to experiment without having to worry too much about destabilizing trunk. Initially, I'd like to experiment with integrating JCDI much deeper into the core code. -David
