include/exclude are now set to "" by default (previous) patch, so applying before or after systemapps does not matter. Right? When did you give it a try? How can i reproduce? I'm doing a "mvn clean install" on geronimo trunk (very long to compile, run tests ....). Then, which TCK do i have to run?
