We should just leave them as the version numbers are intentionally fake just like the java package we use. None of those jars ever hit the public maven repos. If we start managing them like they're real well just make things confusing for ourselves. "What version should new examples have?" would be the next question. And then "why don't we give them the same version as the release?" will be the suggestion after that. And they are essentially as the examples zip itself is versioned after the server and all the examples unzip into a directory that is also versioned after the server. Better to just keep the examples themselves as simple as possible. -David > 2011/3/21 David Blevins <[email protected]> > >> Excellent. >> >> On Mar 21, 2011, at 5:21 AM, Jean-Louis MONTEIRO wrote: >> >>> Hi all, >>> >>> just to let you know I plan to update pom version of 3.2.x branch and >> also >>> of the trunk. >>> >>> Jean-Louis >>> >>> -- >>> View this message in context: >> http://openejb.979440.n4.nabble.com/Updating-versions-tp3393418p3393418.html >>> Sent from the OpenEJB Dev mailing list archive at Nabble.com. >> >>
