with the bean validation stuff i had some issues like it, maybe the timerservice injection should be done in the for (ResourceReferenceInfo referenceInfo : jndiEnc.resourceRefs) loop instead of the for (ResourceEnvReferenceInfo referenceInfo : jndiEnc.resourceEnvRefs) one in the JndiEncBuilder.
