I've just had a quick look at this. I can't get a checkout of the source
code to build, because some of the POMs are still referencing the version as
"3.0.4-SNAPSHOT". A quick grep is showing the following pom.xml files with
references to 3.0.4-SNAPSHOT.

assembly/openejb-tomcat/openejb-tomcat-webapp/pom.xml
assembly/openejb-tomcat/openejb-tomcat-loader/pom.xml
assembly/openejb-tomcat/openejb-tomcat-common/pom.xml
assembly/openejb-tomcat/openejb-tomcat-catalina/pom.xml
assembly/openejb-standalone/pom.xml
assembly/openejb-itests-standalone-client/pom.xml

I'm on holiday at the moment, so I have limited capacity to play around with
this too much, but if I can get a successful build then I'll check the
license headers and binaries.
