Not sure if we can from a certification perspective.

If we're incredibly lucky and people start to include TomEE in their software 
like they do for Tomcat (thinking of JIRA, Confluence and distros like that), 
then I bet there'll be plenty people who like the 23MB version instead of the 
44MB version.

We'll see how the TCK likes the stripped down version.
