Amazing!
Was just saying to Romain this morning that I had difficulties to get a
view of titles, subtitles,  and the overall organization of some pages like
this one ;-)

We could be be just arrange a bit the CSS to make titles look better.
Regarding the TOC at the beginning, it's too detailed IMHO, may be a
shorter TOC on the top right could be useful, or may be David's suggestion
is also great : long content can be reorganized and split over more pages.
