On the right track.  Not a fan of all the dressing these libraries seem to want 
to add.  They introduce style elements which really clash with the Twitter 
bootstrap style.

I wonder if it is possible to not change the style (no boxes with tabs and dark 
backgrounds or navigation) and just change different text?

Maybe we don't even need a library for that.  A little loop with a sleep and a 
jQuery to set the text might do the trick.
