We've gotten about 5,500 views on the downloads page in the last 30 days. Most of those are new visitors (3,500).
We get maybe 5 emails a week from users :) Further confirming my long saying that out of every 100 people who face an issue only 1 will actually say something. It's natural of course. In most situations in life, simply asking for what you want isn't so easy. We of course aren't selling anything, so there's nothing we want more than to know that what we do matters and how we can do it better. In that spirit, I've put a little banner on the top of our downloads page to encourage feedback. Hopefully we can get that number of emails from 5 to 6 or even 7 :D Anyway, check it out and click the "Help us grow" link to see the email content that's up there. We can add/change or even delete it entirely and scrap the idea -- whatever we want. As always, ideas welcome. -David
