That part is as simple as sending an email with the "[VOTE]" prefix in the subject. Subject should contain the binary name and version. Since we revote a lot, I like to include the Nexus id of the repo (155 for example). In the body, list the tag, Nexus staging repo, and as this is a small release, maybe list the jiras that apply. Say explicitly that the vote will be open for 72 hours. And add a little Romain personal touch :) -David
