Fixed.
Codehaus recently changed pserver to run as a cvs user. This created some permissions problems in the CVS tree which Bob has fixed.
Codehaus is currently moving a lot of projects to the new server (the one openejb is on), so if you get any new errors, please let us know right away.

Whenever I try to do any operations against anonymous CVS for OpenEJB, I get the following error:
setgid failed: Operation not permitted
I've tried this on both my Mac OS X 10.3.3 boxen, as well as a FreeBSD and Linux box.
CVS versions vary, but include both the 1.11.x and 1.12.x series'...
