[openejb-dev] Fixing itest source location

When the itest ejb sources were moved back to the itest module they 
went into the wrong path... src/java/java/org...
I've attempted to fix this, but cvs is not particularly friendly 
towards reestablishing previously existing files.  Please let me know 
if this has caused problems.
