Hi,I've been following another thread at Apache, and learned something relevant to openjpa.
It's not a violation of TCK non-disclosure to discuss on the dev alias in public, bugs found during TCK testing. You can even mention that you found the bug during TCK testing.
Discussing the symptoms, possible solutions, and filing a JIRA to track the issue are all ok activities.
What you can't do is to publish the failing TCK test itself on a public mailing list.
