Subject: How does <dependency> to OpenJPA be declared in pom.xml?

Hi,
  How does <dependency> to OpenJPA be declared in other pom.xml?

I have following <dependency> declared in a pom.xml.

<dependency>
      <groupId>org.apache.openjpa</groupId>
      <artifactId>openjpa</artifactId>
      <version>1.0.0-SNAPSHOT</version>
      <scope>compile</scope>
</dependency>

On a fresh Maven repository, 'mvn package' complaints the following:

[INFO] Failed to resolve artifact.

Missing:
----------
1) org.apache.openjpa:openjpa:jar:1.0.0-SNAPSHOT

  Try downloading the file manually from the project website.

  Then, install it using the command:
      mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=org.apache.openjpa
-DartifactId=openjpa \
          -Dversion=1.0.0-SNAPSHOT -Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=/path/to/file

  Path to dependency:
        1) org.apache.openjpa:sdo-persistence:jar:0.2.0-SNAPSHOT
        2) org.apache.openjpa:openjpa:jar:1.0.0-SNAPSHOT
