I took a look at the confluence documentation at
http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/RSS+Feed+Macro. One of the
suggestions there includes a cache setting for the rss feed.
I've tried setting the cache time to 10 minutes just to see if that would
trigger updated results and it looks like it worked. We'll have to monitor the
page to ensure that it is updated regularly.
