I've added documentation for the RuntimeUnenhancedClasses property to the
manual. It will be in the next nightly build and future releases for
1.0.x,1.2.x, and 1.3.x.
It's a bit rudimentary but at least it's a starting point. We'll revisit in
OpenJPA-651 when we make a decision on what to do with the default value.
