Currently there's a permission problem with the slice directory on
people.apache.org and I can't deploy snapshot builds which include it (ie
OpenJPA version >= 1.1).
When we get that issue resolved I'll update the snapshots, in the mean time a
snapshot build for 1.0.4 is available.
