As of the iteration 2, revision 736915 commit basic OrderColumn support is
available through annotations or a version 2.0 orm.xml. All attributes with
the exception of 'contiguous' and 'table' are functional. The contiguous
attribute is still an open issue in the specification and may require a
considerable amount of work. The 'table' attribute has implications for join
table and container table and will require extensive testing. These remaining
items will be addressed in a future iteration under a new JIRA.
