Hi Craig, It's svn chatter. If you look at the svn properties for those files you should see something that indicates a merge took place. I think this behavior is new since I updated my svn command line client (1.5.1), I've only noticed it recently.
In the past I've reverted the svn properties changes before committing, but this time I missed it. Maybe I need to update my svn configuration settings.
