Committed detachTestPatch.txt and detachCodePatch.txt (with updates) for Dianne
under revisions 755468, 755469, and 755470. I used the existing compatibility
option name "CopyOnDetach" because a) the code comments were more extensive, b)
there is existing documentation that makes reference to this option and c) it
is seemed more appropriate. I'm open to using "CopyDetachedObjects" if there
is a strong argument for using this name vs. the other.
