The default value of exclude-unlisted-classes has changed from "false" to
"true" in the JPA 2.0 persistence schema. In order to preserve backward
compatibility, the OpenJPA persistence parser will use false as the default for
version 1.0 persistence files and true for 2.0+ persistence.xml's.
