Upgrade from commons-pool-1.3 to 1.5.2 and commons-dbcp-1.2.1 to 1.2.2 to
pickup the latest bug fixes.
Also, upgrading commons-collections-3.2 to 3.2.1 to pickup OSGi bundle manifest
inclusion (no bug fixes).
