Applied Amy's patch OPENJPA-525-3-branch1.1.x.patch to branch 1.1.1 at revision
807362. Includes merge from Milosz's change on trunk at 790666 that renamed
misnamed test cases.
Amy, can you let us know the results of testing this change with MySQL and
Oracle (identifying DB and driver versions), as well as let us know the results
of testing Milosz's patch on trunk with the same setups?
