Looks like the rsync (or lack there of) was the problem and the main
website is being updated again. I'll try to doc this on the wiki next
week in case my crontab ever disappears.....

I've copied that file over to my dir on people and setup a cron dir and
crontab to run it every hour, so let's see if everything will be back to
normal in a hour or so.....
