The build and distribution artifacts are published along with 
creating/updating some of the wiki pages.  All that remains, is creating 
a News entry tomorrow once the artifacts have been mirrored, updating 
the Downloads page to point to the mirrored files and update the M3 page 
under the JPA2 Roadmap with some more details of what was in the release....
