Committed changes openjpa-lib, openjpa-persistence, and
openjpa-persistence-jdbc.
I'll note that there are numerous 'performance' categorized 'bugs' which state
"Should org.apache.openjpa.xxx$xx be a _static_ inner class?" that I'm not
fixing for the time being. The description of this warning can be found here[1].
