After CMS migration, www.apache.org/openjpa is not available/accessible anymore.
The OpenJPA extendable orm feature deposits the schemas openjpa-orm.xsd and
extendable/extendable-orm.xsd in www.apache.org/openjpa/ns/orm. This needs to
move to a more permanent and OpenJPA controlled location.
