I like this approach. The options "includeSchema" and "includeSchemaName" and
the inverses "excludeSchema" or "excludeSchemaName" also came to mind as
possibilities. The use of one of those may help further differentiate them
from "useSchemaName". I'm OK with "useSchema" as well though, good
documentation will be the key.
