If orphanRemoval is set to false, I get these results :
- OpenJPA : 2/3 passed tests;
- Hibernate : 2/3 passed tests;
- Eclipselink : 3/3 passed tests;
=> OpenJPA doesn't handle orphanRemoval=true correctly.
