disableAlterSeqenceIncrementBy is neither available in 2.3.0 release, nor in
trunk. Latest Karaf release 3.0.0 uses openjpa 2.3.0 and with postgres db and
native sequences we have:
org.apache.openjpa.lib.jdbc.ReportingSQLException: ERROR: current transaction
is aborted, commands ignored until end of transaction block {prepstmnt

SELECT NEXTVAL('CORE_USER_SEQ')
Please help in this matter.
