A WebSphere user just pointed out that the OpenJPA documentation is referencing
an archaic JPA 2.0 annotation. The @MappedById annotation was renamed to
@MapsId in a later revision of the JPA 2.0 specification (before it went
final). We'll use this JIRA to correct our documentation.
