This looks similar to the failures we are recently experiencing at Syncope (see [1]); for the moment I have modified [2] to stick on the only Ubuntu node I have found to work (ubuntu-us1), and last build finally succeeded [3].
From last comments on INFRA-12013 it seems that Daniel Takamori is working on this, I've added infra@ in CC anyway.
