Only currently maintained releases are supposed to be published via the 3rd
party mirrors.
There have been no updates to 2.2.2/2.3.0 since 2013, so they are not active.
Older releases can still be linked from a download page, but the links should
point to the archive server.
Remember that 3rd party mirrors give their services for free.
They should not be expected to carry more releases than is necessary.
