I think we can let go the incubating releases.
Most users want the latest, the one used in TomEE and the one used in
WebSphere8/9.
Of course some limited interest might be in the version used in WAS7.
Incubator versions are imo of no interest anymore.
Imo we should remove them from the download section alltogether. We still have
the tags in SVN.
