* commons-pool2 and commons-dbcp2 versions are updated, setMaxActive is
deprecated with warn being logged
* DBCPDriverDataSource and AutoDriverDataSource are removed
* BasicDataSource is being loaded in case jdbc.DriverDataSource is set to 'dbcp'
* Normal call is replaced with reflection
