Hi, we are racing to zero failures of JPA unit tests (integration tests will follow, though...).
After applying locally the draft fixes for OPENJPA-3021, OPENJPA-3022 and OPENJPA-3023, only four test cases, all from the same class AnySearchTest [1] are not passing. This class defines a @BeforeEach method that stores a PlainAttr value into the JPA entity with id 1417acbe-cbf6-4277-9372-e75e04f97000 (a.k.a. rossini). When the whole class is run, I can observe 4 failures; when each of the failing cases is run alone, all is working again. In particular [2] works alone but fails when executed right after [3] (which succeeds). The code in these two methods do not perform any actual change, just searches, e.g. SELECT. Moreover, when adding OpenJPAEntityManagerFactory emf = entityManagerFactory.unwrap(OpenJPAEntityManagerFactory.class); emf.getStoreCache().evict(JPAUser.class, "1417acbe-cbf6-4277-9372-e75e04f97000"); at the beginning of the @BeforeEach method, all is passing fine. It looks like the JPA entity with id 1417acbe-cbf6-4277-9372-e75e04f97000 (a.k.a. rossini) is somehow interfering with the query results. Thank you again. Regards.
