{{Client9.testExtractWeekFromDate}} fails with {{IndexOutOfBoundsException:
Index 0 out of bounds for length 0}}, so the query finds no row. MySQL
{{WEEK(d)}} uses mode 0 by default (weeks start on Sunday), while the expected
value is the ISO week ({{WEEK(d, 3)}}).
