Derby has no {{LEFT}} and {{RIGHT}} functions:
{noformat}42X01 : Encountered "LEFT" ... WHERE (t0.STR_VAL_1 = LEFT(?,
4)){noformat}
{{DerbyDictionary}} should render them with {{SUBSTR}} ({{RIGHT(s, n)}} as
{{SUBSTR(s, LENGTH(s) - n + 1)}}).
Failing tests: {{Client9.testLeftExprLen}}, {{testLeftIntLen}},
{{testRightExprLen}}, {{testRightIntLen}},
{{Client3.test_leftStringExpression}}, {{test_rightStringExpression}}.
