The StoredProcedureQuery tests fail on Derby and on SQL Server and pass on
PostgreSQL.
On Derby the procedures are not found:
{noformat}Rollback Procedure [GetEmpIdFNameLNameFromRS] not found{noformat}
(also {{GetEmpASCFromRS}}, {{GetEmpOneFirstNameFromOut}}). This may be the TCK
setup for Derby (Java procedures) rather than OpenJPA, to be checked first.
On SQL Server the same tests only report "failed".
