A criteria parameter that is used only in {{multiselect}}/{{select}}, for
example {{cb.left(root.get(name), len)}} in the select list, is not registered
with the query. {{query.setParameter("len", 2)}} then fails with
{noformat}Parameter named "len" is not declared{noformat}
before any SQL is built. The same parameter in the WHERE clause works. Found
while writing the tests for OPENJPA-3030.
