https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENJPA-3040 A criteria parameter used only in the select list, group by or order by was not registered, so `setParameter` failed with "Parameter named ... is not declared". `CriteriaQueryImpl.collectParameters` only visited WHERE, HAVING and subqueries, compound selections did not visit their terms and `OrderImpl` did not visit its expression. - Parameters are collected from the selection, group by and order by too. - `select`, `multiselect`, `groupBy`, `having` and `orderBy` reset the compiled state like `where()`, so a replaced select list does not leave its old parameter declared. `TestSelectionParameters` (SUBSTRING, arithmetic, tuple, construct, CASE, COALESCE, order by, replaced selection).
